Before you take off and read Katie’s fantastic words, may I borrow a moment of your time? I’m here to connect with you on all things Sister Triangle Magazine. I want to begin by wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We are so excited to see where 2020 will take our magazine and are praying for you too, Dear Reader.
The previous year has been a year of growth and encouragement for us on the magazine side of Sister Triangle. In 2019, we published over 20 articles from a variety of familiar and new voices, increased our social media presence with over 700 total “Likes” on our Facebook posts, and maintained our goal of reliably publishing new articles every two weeks!
Now, as we settle into a new year and look ahead to February’s Sister Triangle Retreat, we hope to give you a sneak peek of what’s coming your way soon.
This year at Sister Triangle Retreat, we are thrilled to be hosting Idelette McVicker and her powerful manifesto “Let Us Be Women Who Love”. Dear Reader, you do not want to miss this one! It’s also time to announce our upcoming Calls for Submission. As always, we are looking for your meaningful and diverse stories to publish with Sister Triangle Magazine. We want your happiness, your joy, your pain, your sorrow, we want the messy bun version of you before coffee and the authentic, Jesus loving woman you are to share your story with us. This year we are praying for and playing with the following Calls for Submissions.
